Office Manager/Executive Assistant
House Deals GTA is looking to hire and train a resourceful and capable person to join our company.

At House Deals GTA, you will:
-Develop relationships with our investor buyers. Have weekly conversations to see what they’re buying and where.
-Property Management for our small portfolio of rental properties. Communicate and facilitate with tenants and trades people. Advertise and help fill vacancies.
-We buy, fix and sell houses. There are many moving parts when we’re flipping houses and you can help out.
-Reduce my work-load. Do more of what I do. Be willing to do a diversity of different tasks.
-Be comfortable with technology. Help implement new systems like a CRM and phone system. Learn these systems and teach others how to use them.
-When you get too busy we will look for opportunities to hire or outsource the work so someone else can do it. For example, hire a property management company for our rental properties. Or hire a virtual assistant overseas to do regularly occurring paperwork.
-Create training materials, screen capture videos, checklists, and procedures to train others and to help everyone do things correctly and reduce errors.
-Be challenged to grow and think outside the box
-Be asked for your opinion on how the business can grow
-You need to live in the Greater Toronto Area
-You need a vehicle
